A study done by Venezuelan psychologist Ana Gabriela Guedez in 2014 found that most Venezuelans view human rights to be indivisible. Given your understanding of Venezuela as it is today and a foreigner’s perspective, do you believe that human rights can become a reality for the people of Venezuela in the near future?
