We had a blast talking and &#8220;fighting over&#8221; books.  Like DC said, &#8220;I&#8217;ve never seen people fight over books in my life! This is kind of amusing!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Those who attended: DN, DC, MN, RB, TB, ZR.<\/p>\n<p>DN talked about <em>Hell Phone.<\/em><br \/>\nZR just read <em>The Lost Hero<\/em> and really liked it.<br \/>\nMN liked it too.  &#8220;<em>The Lost Hero<\/em> is less humorous than <em>The Lightning Thief<\/em> but still very good.&#8221; RB thought that Leo is the best character in this book and Jason isn&#8217;t that great a main character (although he has yet to finish the book!)<\/p>\n<p>Two people thought that <em>Maximum Ride<\/em> movie will be bad.  The others disagreed.<\/p>\n<p>TB read and liked Strange Angel: a zombie, vampire, werewolf kind of story.  <\/p>\n<p>RB recommended the book <em>Gone<\/em>.  ZR liked it, too.  <\/p>\n<p>DC can&#8217;t read books with talking animals.<\/p>\n<p>The students looked through the book giveaway box and took some books home!<\/p>\n<p>All in all, a satisfying and fun (and noisy) gathering.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 7th grade Library Literary Lab finally started today.
