The Middle School Library is now offering eBooks for middle school students. Each eBook can be checked out for 7, 14, or 21 days. Each student can check out up to three titles at any given time. The eBooks will be automatically returned on the due date. You can return finished books before their due dates. The return methods differ depending on your devices.

Read on Various Devices by using the OverDrive Media Console App:
For those who have iPad, iPod, iPhone, Android Phone, Windows Phone, Blackberry phone or Playbook, Kindle Fire, Nook HD/HD+ (and more devices with App capabilities):
Download the OverDrive Media Console App from whichever app store your device can access.
Once the OverDrive Media Console is installed, SEARCH and ADD The Dalton School – Middle School as your FAVORITE library. Then you can ADD new books by clicking on the “add books” icon and choose the Dalton School – Middle School Library. You will be asked to sign in or register for Adobe Reader services — go ahead and create an account. Make sure you remember your account name and password for future references.
Currently, everyone’s set to borrow 3 books at any given time, for 2 weeks. You can reset the date range preference for yourself. Books are automatically returned on the due date or you also may return them as soon as you’re done.
Read Directly on Your Computers/Laptops:
Go to http://dalton.lib.overdrive.com/, login, find, and download eBooks to your computer.
Download and Read on your Kindle (without apps capability):
On your computer, go to http://dalton.lib.overdrive.com/, login, find, borrow, and download the Kindle format. You will be taken to the Amazon site “Get library book” page. Follow the on screen instructions to deliver the library ebook to your desired device.
Download and Read on your Nook (without apps capability):
