We have had an INCREDIBLE year at the Little Dalton library! This year over 15,000 books and materials were borrowed from our library! We have too many fond memories to count, some favorites include an author visit by Newbery Award winner Jack Gantos, a live audiobook recording by voice over artist Denise Ashlynd, poetry sing-a-longs, the book fair and numerous read alouds.
To make sure our students will have plenty of books to keep them busy, the two librarians Maria Alegre and Trudy DiGiorgio have put together an extensive summer reading list of new books and recommended favorites. The book lists are listed below as well as on the menu bar of the First Program Library homepage. Happy summer and happy reading from all of us at the Dalton School!
