This week 1st grade got in the groove for Halloween by reading The Witch’s Walking Stick by Susan Meddaugh.
We all had quite the laugh during this story as a young girl accidentally discovers the magic of an evil witch’s walking stick. It was a lot of fun to talk about what each of us would wish for if we had a magic stick of our own!
