However, this long-standing tradition is beginning to change\u2014removing the emphasis on these pillars of success that disadvantage those without access, and instead reframing the process to be centered on \u201chumanism.\u201d<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1bvo0hpZpY8nqyEd_P7Jf7VvIewQl6cCtBvgyloWN-a8\/edit?usp=sharing\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4<\/span><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In this third podcast episode, I am joined once again by Dr. Robert Roswell, Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Barbara &amp; Donald Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra University, an associate professor of cardiology and science education, and a practicing cardiologist.
