Sandbox worpdressmu prepare upgrade

Ran add-commentmeta.txt script to add the commentmeta tables needed before upgrading to 2.9.1.1 as per article
  1. upload script to mu-plugins directory
  2. change extension from .txt to .php
  3. go to WPmu main admin->Upgrade
  4. Click the “upgrade” button
  5. When done, REMOVE THE SCRIPT from the mu-plugins directory.
