This is a great book. It has beautiful descriptions. Right now, it is my favorite book. Grace, a girl with an amazing imagination, creating adventures here and there, does many things, especially over the summer when she and her friends, Maria, Kester, Raj and Aimee blast off, audition for a play, make a new friend, and many more amazing things. My favorite character was Kester. He is very funny, especially when he says, “Pathetic!” That is my favorite part of the story because they are talking about The Secret Garden. (There is a pathetic person in that story, but he stops being pathetic.) Some parts of the story make you worry, but they are still great parts of the book’s story. Grace is very adventurous. If you love adventure, just like Grace, this is the book for you! Grace has so many adventures that it is hard to remember them all at one time and keep track of what happened. This book is one of the most interesting, exciting books that I have read in a very long time. I recommend it.

I like this book because it is fun to learn about Balto, a real dog. The book is full of adventure and it also has very good descriptions. In this story, children in Nome, Alaska, are sick, and the sickness that they have is diphtheria. Balto is a sled dog. He is the lead dog and he is helping to bring medicine to the sick children. I recommend this book if you would like to learn about how you ride sled dogs. It is also very interesting. I like when the children feel better because it makes me feel better inside.

I liked this book because it was funny and full of adventure. It is about a girl that has a lot of adventures with her friends. They pretend that her neighbor’s backyard is a jungle and they use shears to cut through it. I liked when they were pretending to be astronauts because when they were counting down, it sounded like this – 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, OW! I recommend this book if you like books with kids.
