I like this book because is true. In this book, Clara lived on a small farm. She took care of Hans, her brother, and Baby Ann, her sister. She wanted to learn how to read. Her dad didn’t let her because she was a farmer and he thought that farm people do not have time for reading. My favorite part is when Clara chose a book that was good for her. I like this book because I like to read too.
