A funny part of this story was when Alison said ‘Shoo’ and the cow said ‘Moo’. I liked another funny part and that was when Gran said she was scared of cows. I loved it.

The best part was when Charlie tricked Lola to eat vegetables but then Lola saw a carrot on the table and Lola said ‘then why is there a carrot on the table?’ This book is very funny.

The best part was when it was raining green drops and they are really peas. I like the fishy market. A cool part is when Charlie flew like a rocket. One of my favourite parts is when they climbed Mount Fuji.

I love this book because Bobby, the little dog can beg by standing on his back legs. The saddest bit was that Old Jock died. I liked it because Bobby died and had a grave.

I did not like this book because everyone knows about cows and it is not fun at all. I do not recommend this book.

I thought this book was interesting and exciting. I recommend this book for six year olds. It is a very realistic story.
