I liked this book because it had a little bit of adventure. I liked reading how a cat named Pickles learned how to do “Big Things.” Pickles became a fire cat. He learned how to be nice to other cats. I liked the part when Pickles chased a cat up a tree because it was fun reading it.

I loved this book and you were right to give it two faces. I especially liked it when a little cat got stuck up a tree and Pickles rescued him. Do you know any other books by Esther Averill?
