This story is about a girl named Clara who does not know how to read. When the bookwagon shows up, the librarian picks a book for her. The librarian is named Mary Titcomb. She is a real person. She came up with the idea for a bookwagon. I recommend this book if you want to learn about Mary Titcomb and life a long time ago.
