I love this book! The book has a surprise at the end. My favorite character is the Headless Horseman because he throws a pumpkin. Ichabod is scared. Read this story. It is good.

I liked when the Headless Horseman throws his head and you don’t know what happened to him. You only see the shattered pumpkin and Ichabod’s hat. It’s kind of creepy. I thought the Headless Horseman was probably someone who dressed up just to scare Ichabod, but you never find out. I would also recommend this book if you like to have the shivers!

I really liked the book. It’s the story of two men who like one girl. Their names are Ichabod Crane and Brom Bones. They do tricky and mean things to each other because they both want to marry Katrina. The Headless Horseman is a scary and mysterious person who scares the townspeople. Whenever people talk about him, Brom Bones smiles so I think he has a big secret at the end of the book. I would recommend this book for kids and grownups who like scary and fun stories.
