Meetings

21 10 2007

The Environmental Committee meets every Wednesday during Interval in the Science Lab.  We discuss ideas for making our community greener and general environmental news.  Even if you’ve never come to a meeting before, there’s no better time to start.

Paper

Somebody brought up on forum that 100% recycled paper is only one dollar more expensive per ream than 50% (?) recycled paper… any thoughts?

What Do You Want?

20 10 2006

in order to make this blog as useful as possible, we need to know what you want out of the blog. So far people have asked for:
1)subscriptions to online publications
2)a place to talk about school-related issues
3) a way for clubs with similar goals to communicate with each other.
If you have another idea, please comment below or e-mail the Environment conference

Navigating This Blog

19 10 2006

Currently, this blog is split up into four categories: Home, Community Service, Animal Rights, and Events. Because of the way this blog was made, comments can only be made on the Home page (this page) and the Animal Rights page. Community Service will be used to explain announce upcoming dates for community service opportunities and Events will be used to announce upcoming events. The Animal Rights page is for the Animal Rights club and can be used however they chose. If you want to make a comment or ask a question about something on the Community Service or Events page, please e-mail it to the Environment on forum unless stated otherwise.
