Introductory Assignment:

The most important thing we will do together this year is to learn about ourselves and others. Let’s begin this process by introducing ourselves with a visual image. A picture says a thousand words. Yes? Therefore, for next Monday bring to class a picture or image that says something about who, what, or where you are in life. On a separate piece of 8×11 unlined paper cut in half horizontally write a short paragraph that explains how this image represents you. Everyone will share his or her picture and then I will collect them. I look forward to getting to know you, and I know we will have a great year.
