These are wonderful! You clearly did your research, and worked hard to write well-thought-out and well-written articles. Nice job!

This is just wonderful --- it shows just how much you know about the Pilgrims and I can't wait to read your story (and I will remember that it is historical fiction)!

You've done an excellent job! I love how you focused on really specific historical details about Virginia. Please be careful about capitalizing proper nouns, and you left a few of them in lowercase. Also, where is your fact sheet?

I got the email and it linked to your post. It was really except friendship is spelled without a space. You spelled it friend ship. Otherwise it was good.

Hello c17sp,
What a coincidence. Just a couple of days ago I visited the Constitution Center in Philadelphia. You remember when we saw the exhibit, "America, I Am". One of the displays mentioned that Olaudah Equiano was important in getting England to stop the slave on British ships. The exhibit ends on May 3, so I don't know if you can get to see it again. I am glad that you are making good use of the computer by blogging. Keep it up. I was also happy to hear that you are reading your ____ off.

Very nice work! I especially like your very specific examples from both The Green Book and the Pilgrim experience. Good introduction and conclusion, as well! Be careful to pay attention to capitalization and punctuation (and homophones) but overall, very nice work!

I can't believe I hadn't read your Cindy story until now. It is fabulous. Of course lots of war and mayhem--I wonder if that's a first for a 4th grade Cindy story? It seems like you did a lot of work on this, you should be very happy with it.

I like the way you compared the two stories. I have never read The Green Book, but I do know about the Pilgrims. There are two words that you need to correct. They are spelled correctly, but you wrote the opposite homophone. See if you can find what they are.
