My Cinderella Story
The Mistreated Princess
Once upon a time there was a horrible land called high school. In that high school there was a smart and beautiful girl named Jamie. But starting from when she was a little girl, her two older sisters Malissa and Jordan made her clean their room, make their dinner when their parents weren’t home, and do their chores.
It was the first day of school
“Mom you can go to work now, said the 2 older sisters.”
“I’m going out. Let Jamie in the car with you.”
“We will we will”.
“Bye,” said Mom.
After their mom had gone they left Jamie at home. After having to take her bike to school, she got there right after the bell. She was so stressed out. She had whined all lunch to her best friend Timmy. When Jamie got home she was so mad at her sisters. She was a nice girl so to get her anger out she went to her diary. There she was comfortable. That was because she was writing about the boy that she likes.
Dear Diary,
All during math class today I was daydreaming about the coolest guy at school. Micky Froskoph. He is like the prince of my heart. But then my sisters came into the daydream. It was because they also liked him and he was in their grade. I was finally about to kiss him when it was time for English class.
The next day at school Jamie came down the hall when Timmy came sprinting over and said “Jamie, Jamie the school prom is in a month.”
“Are you serious? OMG!” said Jamie.
“Yes, and the theme is love.”
Dear diary,
Since Timmy told me about the prom, I had no idea, but couldn’t stop talking about it. When I write in here I feel like I’m playing hide and seek with my thoughts. When I go to the prom I’m going to wear a white dress and at midnight he is going to come over and ask me to dance. I’m never going to stop thinking about that night.
When her parents got home she told them all about the prom. Her parents were listening, but her sisters were listening harder. The days passed by and Jamie kept thinking more and more about Mickey.
Finally the night of the prom came. Their parents ready to go out to dinner and every one was getting ready for the prom. Especially Jamie. One of her sisters, Jordan, was trying to find one of her necklaces in Jamie’s room and found her diary. Jordan found out about her sister going to dance with Mickey. Her parents had just left when Jamie was putting on her last item. Her charm bracelet. The charms had all of her favorite things and hobbies. On it there was a soccer ball, a bouncy ball to show her collection of bouncy balls, a little white dog, and a heart for good luck. Jamie finished her costume when she came out of the bathroom and her sister spilled a big jug of tomato juice on her.
“ Sorry sis,” lied Jordan. “You can’t go to the prom with a ruined costume.” Jamie was so mad.
“I guess we have to go now. Bye.”
Jordan and Malissa were gone and had locked the door from the outside.
It was a few hours later when Jamie flew down the hall and called Timmy. She told him all of the horrible things that her sisters did to her. Timmy came rushing over. He lived in the neighborhood. They searched in the closet to find the best costume ever. Jamie was dressed in a beautiful red dress with a brown wig and white eye mask. After everything was set, Timmy, who had his license and a van, drove Jamie to the prom. “Have a good time!” said Timmy.
“Oh come on,” said Jamie, “Let’s go.”
Dear diary,
Last night it wasn’t exactly they way I planed it, especially because Mickey was dancing with my sisters, but I still had the best time of my life. When Timmy and I danced in my red sparkling dress and my white-eye mask, I realized I was dancing in the perfect place, and with the perfect music, with the perfect guy. I felt like the perfect princess.
