Religious Freedom
Maryland was the first state to have religious freedom. Unlike the other states, you could be whatever religion you wanted. In other states you had to be a certain religion, but in Maryland there was choice. That’s how Maryland got it’s nickname “The Free State”. Maryland is a great state!

These are all wonderful! You chose such interesting topics to write about, and I feel like I learned a lot. You should read through the posts for typos, but other than that, they look great!
