    • Good Masters! Sweet Ladies! is a book set in a medieval time filled with monologues for young people who want to learn more about medieval times. I read a monologue called “Alice, the Shepherdess.” ( I read it on a podcast.) Here it is:

      I think Alice is one of my favorite characters. I really enjoyed hearing you read her words. She is such a tough girl and yet she has a heart. I think she is someone to admire. I don’t know whether I would be able to save a sheep from death– I have a hard time taking the spiders outside. It’s great to hear the words and think about them in new ways. Thanks for reading.       Thank you for posting this. They don’t have the book yet at my local library, and after hearing you read Alice’s piece, I am looking forward to seeing the book even more.
