My Immigration Book

    • My immigration book is about my neighbor and how he came to America. This person comes from South Africa. He came because he had a job offer. He said it was very difficult and tense. {Truly, it must be!} It was probably SUPER hard because you don’t know anybody. He didn’t come with anybody. His family was living in Singapore at the time. It seemed pretty frighting but at least he made it though!

      I enjoyed both reading this post and your oral history book. Glad your subject finally got a chance to see this excellent project of yours.

      Wow, that sounds like quite a story. What happened to your neighbor’s family? Did they move to America from Singapore? (Should I read your book to find out?)
