So - I accept your DARE!!! I think both are magical - munchkins and yellow brick roads and cowardly lions and tin men who need to be oiled and then mad hatters and croquet playing cards and rabbit holes and people growing bigger and smaller. I think it's all magical and how lucky you are to be studying such wonderful literature.

What a great report about a great trip! Glad you got so much out of it. (By the way --- we didn't have turkey pottage. We had something I think you all were much happier with. Turkey pottage is sort of oatmeal-like and we sure didn't have that!)

I liked that very much, particularly that little prayer at the end. I am still sixth in line for this book at my local library, so I wouldn't know a word of the monologues without you. Thanks.

I loved reading your Cinderella story. It was wonderfully imaginative. I'm so glad Freddie got to live in the beautiful valley with a friend who valued him and that his mean stepbrothers couldn't make him unhappy anymore.

It was fun to hear you read Piers story. It is hard to have to wait to try something, but the master maybe knew what he was doing. Or did he? I'm very glad no one made you wait to learn how to podcast. I hadn't heard anyone reading the different characters and thanks to you I am enjoying it all over again-- in a new way. Carol

I thought that your poem about Sarah Margru Kinson was beautiful, thoughtful and sad. I could picture in my mind how afraid she must have been to be taken from the beauitful and peaceful place she knew and how she wanted to prevent other children from having the same fate.
