Africa is my Home is a great book written by Monica Edinger a.k.a. my teacher. Africa is my Home is not a published book but it will soon be. (Maybe) So any way, Africa is my Home is a historical fiction book about Sarah Margru Kinson. The images are some from newspapers, black and white, color and portraits. The newspapers are interesting and the black and white pictures are helpful to the story. All of the pictures are nice and Monica Edinger took a lot of time picking them out. I learned a lot about Margru and all the other girls on the Amistad. It was very interesting. One of the examples of why it was interesting is that it gives exact dates of when everything happens. Another thing is that Margru is scared of white ghosts. White ghosts in this case are white men because she has never seen any person with white skin color before. This is a part that is a fictional part. So when Africa is my Home is available you should read it.
